Affordable, Safe Shipping and Handling

I have worked hard to offer the lowest rates for everyone across the country.   Prices reflect shipping cost as well as a small handling charge for packaging and filling your special online order.  Orders are shipped out generally in 3-4 business days and sent ground or priority with insurance unless special requests are made. 

If your particular purchase specifically states it is handmade to order, please wait 2-3 weeks for production of this special canvas handpainted item.  Most handpainted paper will take a week or less for me to produce.  I have shipped original paintings and other fragile artwork across the country for many years.  I know many tricks to package safely for arrival in new condition. 

Special Care With Each Package:

Ani is a professional when it comes to making sure original artwork is safe to travel.  We have years of experience packaging fragile ceramics, glass, paintings, and other unique items, and I will do everything we can to ensure your piece of art makes it to you safely.

If undue damage occurs in shipment, Ani will do her best to find an honorable solution in regards to contacting the postal service and working with them on an insurance claim.or fixing the shipped item when possible.  Please keep in  mind that some pieces are one of a kind, and while I will do our best to honor the purchase, some may not be duplicatable if damage occurs during the shipping process after the item is released from our care.  Refunds are  not issued on items damaged by shipment, however please photograph all packaging and artwork damage in detail for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Shipment of Higher Priced Items

If the store is shipping a "one of a kind" original of a higher dollar amount, shipping prices reflect us also insuring the artwork for it's value through travel and may include specialty packaging such as a crate or hard mdf or plywood to protect the painting surface.  Ani wants to make sure you get your original artwork as safely as possible.  All artwork and prints are shipped flat.  No rolling!

Refund Policy

 If you are not satisfied with your special order, I am happy to reimburse you when you return your item to the store in new condition. Shipping costs on returns to Ani Eastwood will not be reimbursed. All returned items have to be in original /new condition for a refund. Items must be returned in three weeks after the date the shipment was received for a refund.  Trade's can also be arranged, with the addition of a new shipping charge. Chargebacks without the return of the item are strictly prohiibited. 

If you are a print client and undue damage happens to your package in shipment, I will discount you on a reprint but cannot cover full cost of reprints if damage occurs during shipping.  On all client print orders of your own art prints, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
