Refund policy

Due to the nature of printing, once ordered, printed and mailed there are no refunds.  This is largely due to the fact that materials have already been utliized and cannot be replaced.  To ensure the best printing results, I would always suggest proofing large images.  

If something unexpected occurs during shipment, the order wasn't filled correctly I will help you with your problem on a case by case basis.  My goal is to always provide artists with professional prints and projects that are sellable at the gallery level.
