Refund policy

For all of Ani Eastwood's works,  Quality and happiness with your item is my first priority.  Artwork can be returned for a refund if it is in new condition.  Return shipping is not refunded and will be considered a wear and tear/restock fee.  

For client prints and orders, due to the nature of printing, once ordered, printed and mailed there are no refunds.  This is largely due to the fact that materials have already been utliized and cannot be replaced.  To ensure the best printing results, I would always suggest proofing large images.  

If something unexpected occurs during shipment, the order wasn't filled correctly I will help you with your problem on a case by case basis.  Please record and take all pictures of packaging if damage occurs so we can hopefully obtain a refund if it is damaged in transit.  Due to the nature of original art, some may not be able to be fully recovered if damaged.  Ani does not refund for damages out of her control, but can definately work to repair or ammend the situation if needed.
