This piece is very dear to me.  I grew up on Bass Creek Road, Montana.  I spent my childhood riding bikes and playing on the dirt roads with the cattails looming tall and the mountains behind.  For me, this is the Bitterroot Valley and Rural Montana in a nutshell.
